RBL Services is a growing pest control company for the business market. We work for hospitality, property companies, offices, hotels, food, pharma and manufacturing businesses.
We believe good pest control goes beyond placing traps or pesticides. We want to understand where a problem comes from, tackle it structurally and honestly advise clients on what is and isn't needed.
Independent, advisory and solution-oriented
As an experienced pest controller you get a lot of responsibility for your own clients and locations.
Independently carrying out inspections for business clients
Analysing complex pest problems
Tracing causes and entry points
Drawing up and executing a suitable control strategy
Executing and checking monitoring and control
Placing and checking traps and other resources
Implementing and advising on proofing measures
Advising clients on prevention, hygiene and structural improvements
Recording findings, photos and work in our reports
Maintaining long-term client relationships
Flagging when an approach needs to be adjusted or scaled up
Thinking along about our processes, quality and services
So you are not just doing hands-on work
We expect you to independently assess what is going on, which approach is technically best and explain this convincingly to the client.
Experienced professional wanted
For this role we are explicitly looking for someone who already knows the trade well. You have at least 6 years of work experience in pest control and are used to working independently at clients.
You don't need to fall back on a manager for every problem. You can carry out an inspection yourself, assess a situation and give solid advice.
For example, you investigate
- Where pests enter a building
- Which structural defects or openings play a role
- Which conditions around hygiene, storage or layout contribute
- Which proofing measures are needed
- Which strategy fits best
- How a problem can be solved structurally

Does a client not need something? Then we say so.
Prevention and proofing where possible
We prefer preventing a problem or structurally fixing an entry point.
Quality over as many visits as possible
The goal is not to sell as many visits or products as possible, but to help the client as well as possible.

For this role we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in the trade. We are also looking for someone who is honest, practical and solution-oriented.
