Inspection & risk assessment for businesses.

Every effective pest management programme starts with looking. With an inspection and risk assessment we map your building, your processes and the risks in and around the premises — recorded in a clear pest risk assessment (PRI).

We work exclusively for businesses.

Common problems

Do you recognise one of these situations? Then this service is made for you.

Recurring infestations despite earlier control
Unknown how pests get inside
Audit or inspection coming up without substantiation

What is a pest risk assessment?

A pest risk assessment (PRI) is a structured review of your location. We systematically walk the building: from loading docks and warehouses to canteens, technical areas and the exterior facade. We look for traces of pests, but above all at the conditions that attract pests or let them in.

Think of gaps and openings in facades and doors, the way goods are delivered and stored, waste management, hygiene in kitchens and canteens, and the condition of greenery and paving around the building. Everything we find is recorded with photos and an explanation.

Why inspect before doing anything?

Without an inspection you are treating symptoms. You see a mouse, a trap is set, and a month later the mouse is back — because nobody checked how it got in. An inspection exposes the cause: the hole in the facade, the pallet with damaged packaging, the container standing too close to the door.

That approach fits IPM (Integrated Pest Management), the method we apply: first prevent, then monitor, and only control where it is truly necessary. The inspection is the first and most important step in that cycle.

What do you receive after the inspection?

You receive a complete inspection report with findings, photos and a risk assessment per zone. We also deliver an action plan with concrete measures, priorities and a schedule, and a floor plan on which all monitoring points are marked.

This gives you not only insight into the current situation, but also a document you can use for audits, quality systems such as HACCP and internal accountability.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an inspection and risk assessment take?

That depends on the size and complexity of your building. We review an average commercial property in half a day; larger or more sensitive locations require more time. You receive the report shortly after the inspection.

Is a PRI mandatory?

For many companies in the food chain, a pest risk assessment is part of hygiene and quality systems such as HACCP. Even without an obligation it is the smartest first step: you know exactly where you stand before investing in measures.

What does an inspection cost?

The costs depend on the size of the location. Request a free pest check and we will make a concrete, tailored proposal — without surprises afterwards.

Do you also work for private individuals?

No, we work exclusively for businesses. Private individuals can use our knowledge base for free for identification and prevention tips.

Ready for a rebellious approach?
