From a different background, with a fresh perspective.
RBL Services grew out of our dream to become entrepreneurs ourselves. With backgrounds in law, business and private equity, we gained years of experience in client relationships, commercial matters, investments and building companies. But it itched to set up something of our own. A company where we can use our experience to truly make a difference.
As we delved into the world of pest control, we quickly saw opportunities. It is a market where much goes well, but one in which we believe a lot can also be done better. Especially when it comes to customer contact, clear communication and service, we saw ways to distinguish ourselves.
Doing things just a little differently
We believe good service does not have to be complicated. Communicating clearly, moving fast, keeping our agreements and thinking along with the client. It sounds self-evident, but that is exactly where we believe we can make the difference.
We also strongly believe in preventing problems rather than only fighting them. That is why we focus not only on pest control, but also on prevention and proofing. Where many companies outsource proofing work, we want to offer our clients the complete picture: from signalling a problem to structurally solving it.
Our ambition
With RBL Services we want to build not only a good company, but something bigger. Based on our experience with investments and acquisitions, we see ample opportunities to keep growing in this market.
We want to do that by attracting new clients ourselves, but also by cooperating with existing entrepreneurs and acquiring companies. In doing so, we want to keep what is good about existing companies and combine it with our own commercial approach and way of working.
But however big we become, our starting points remain the same: personal contact, clear communication and simply doing good work.
That is the thought with which we started RBL Services. And with that same thought we keep building.
