Shops have a continuous flow of goods, suppliers and customers — and with that, opportunities for pests. Mice and rats find their way via loading bays and warehouse doors, cockroaches arrive with deliveries, and moths and silverfish cause damage in textile and stock rooms.

In shopping centres and shopping streets the surroundings also play a role: an infestation at the neighbours or in the centre area can walk straight into your shop.

Damaged or contaminated stock is a direct financial loss. A customer who sees pests walks out the door and does not come back. For formulas and chains, one incident can also affect the brand image of the entire chain.

We start with an inspection and risk assessment of the shop, warehouse and loading zone. Then we set up monitoring at the risk locations, proof entry points and schedule checks outside opening hours. In case of an incident we are quickly on site, with targeted control following IPM.

You receive an inspection report per visit and always have insight into the digital logbook — useful for head office, franchise organisation or insurance.
