Second opinion for businesses.
Paying for peace of mind, but the infestation keeps coming back? With an independent second opinion we take a fresh look at your current pest management, your contract and the results.
We work exclusively for businesses.
Common problems
Do you recognise one of these situations? Then this service is made for you.
When is a second opinion useful?
A second opinion is useful when the infestation keeps returning despite an ongoing contract, when you doubt whether the frequency and measures match your risks, or when you simply want to know whether you are getting what you pay for.
An independent view is also valuable during a tender or contract renewal: we assess whether the proposed package fits your building and your risk profile.
What do we assess?
We review the building as we always do: with an inspection and risk assessment. In addition, we look at the existing setup — where the measuring points are placed, what is in the reports, which measures have been taken and which have not.
The result is a clear picture: what is going well, what can be better and what you would concretely do differently. You get no sales pitch, but an honest assessment with improvement points.
Independent and without obligations
A second opinion obliges you to nothing. If it turns out your current approach is good, we will say so. If there are improvement points, you receive a concrete proposal that you are free to use — with us or with another party.

Frequently asked questions
Is a second opinion truly independent?
Yes. We assess the situation on its merits. If your current approach is good, you will hear that from us. If there are improvement points, we name them concretely.
Do I have to switch to you afterwards?
No. The findings and the proposal are yours. You decide freely what to do with them.
What do I need for a second opinion?
The current contract and recent reports are helpful, but even without those documents we can establish a lot with our own inspection.
