Prevention & monitoring for businesses.
The cheapest pest is the one that never appears. With fixed measuring points at risk locations and periodic checks we detect activity before it becomes an infestation.
We work exclusively for businesses.
Common problems
Do you recognise one of these situations? Then this service is made for you.
Prevention instead of control
Traditional pest control is reactive: there is an infestation, something is done, and then everyone waits until it goes wrong again. We turn that around. With prevention and monitoring we keep your building under continuous observation, so a single mouse or cockroach never gets the chance to become a plague.
That approach is the core of IPM (Integrated Pest Management) and suits companies where hygiene, image and continuity matter: from hospitality and supermarkets to food, pharma and manufacturing companies.
What does monitoring look like in practice?
Based on the risk assessment we place fixed measuring points where pests first become visible: along rodent routes, at draught openings, in warehouses and near waste storage. Those points are marked on a floor plan, so everyone — including your own staff and auditors — can see where monitoring takes place.
During periodic checks we inspect all points, refresh bait where necessary and record every finding in the digital logbook. This creates a history in which trends become visible: if activity increases at a certain spot, we intervene before it escalates.
What does it bring you?
Peace of mind, above all. You no longer have to wait until a customer, employee or inspector sees something. We see it first. And because every check is recorded, you always have an up-to-date, audit-proof file at hand.

Frequently asked questions
How often do checks take place?
We tailor the frequency to the risk profile of your location. Sensitive environments such as kitchens and production areas require more frequent checks than an office building. We determine this together during setup.
Do you use poison for monitoring?
Where possible we work non-chemically, in line with IPM. Monitoring is done as much as possible with detection tools; control agents are only used where truly necessary.
Can I view the results myself?
Yes. All checks and findings are in the digital logbook, with reports per visit. So you always have insight — also for audits.
